I started Hideib Advisory because I enjoy helping organizations move important work forward.

Most organizations have opportunities, challenges, or priorities that matter. The issue is not always knowing what should be done. More often, the issue is finding the time, leadership capacity, alignment, and ownership to make it happen.

That is the work I like.

I like helping people make sense of complexity. I like bringing structure to unclear situations. I like working with owners, executives, boards, municipalities, partners, and teams to create practical next steps and build momentum.

My background includes CEO and Vice President leadership across corporate, public-sector, and community environments. I have led growth initiatives, operational improvements, revenue channels, governance work, stakeholder engagement, and major capital projects.

But experience is only part of what matters. How people are treated matters. How decisions are made matters. How clearly work is organized matters. I believe good leadership should create confidence, not confusion.

The goal is not to make the work feel heavier. The goal is to bring clarity, confidence, and forward motion.
